This workshop series is for all Pickleball players whether new or a seasoned player. Each workshop includes movement to increase mobility, strengthen, and stretch all the various muscles used in Pickleball, with a special focus area in each workshop.
This month’s workshop focus will be legs. All movement - forward, backward, lateral - require your legs. Strengthening and stretching you legs may improve balance, coordination, and help protect your joints from injury, not only in Pickleball, but everyday life as well. Come join Melody and your Pickleball friends for this leg focused workshop!
