This workshop is for everyone, not just Pickleball players. If you are looking to increase your strength, range of motion, mobility, and flexibility in sports, or everyday life functions, this workshop is for you! Whether new to Pickleball or a seasoned pro, this workshop will introduce the benefits of yoga to your pickleball game.
The focus of this workshop is the chest. You will learn movements to stretch, stabilize, and strengthen the muscles in this acre. Chest stretches aid in keeping the chest and upper back muscles loose by restoring the chest muscles to their natural resting length. At the same time, building stability and strength.
