This class offers a beautiful mix of longer held hatha poses with an element of flowing vinyasa to build strength and connect with the breath. Longer holds build strength and endurance, while flow promotes focus onto the present moment and the sensations in the body.

Modifications will be offered for all level of practitioner. 

This class is not recommended for beginners or those with limited knowledge of yoga poses.
