Want to have some fun and play in your yoga practice? The Fall Equinox is the perfect day to experience a "recess-reset" with some Partner Yoga! Nancy will teach you some fun, playful, and simple ways to open your heart energy through some Thai yoga stretches.

Couples and friends are welcome! Be ready to enjoy some laughter, the blessings of non sexual touch, and some ancient healing practices with a delightful 21st century twist.

Rebekah Finn will bring her harmonium and we will join our voices together in closing to send a harmonious message to the Universe that we are the energy of Love and Healing!

Please bring a cash donation of $44 per person. All proceeds will be donated directly to families in need due to the Maui wildfires. More is always welcome!

All participants will need to have an active account and a signed waiver to participate in class. One reservation is for one person not a couple. Each person will need to be registered individually.
