Slow Flow is a fun and creative, yet mindful practice, letting the breath and body move together as one. You will build strength and awareness with sequences of poses that will raise your energy then calm you down. Movement is an integral part of the human experience, through exploring the potential of the self, we are offered an opportunity to excavate our thoughts in mind as well as going deeper in body. A good class for newer students to practice body and mind awareness but with some familiarity with poses and alignment.

This class is not appropriate for those with limiting injuries.
