This is a VIRTUAL class! You must have a computer/smart device, internet access, and a Zoom account to attend.

This class will challenge you both mentally and physically. Class is focused on building strength through a deeper exploration of alignment and actions within the asana itself.  Fundamentals of advanced asana's will be introduced, ie arm balances, binds, and inversions. Recommended practice of at least six months.
