The focus of this class is on improving stability, flexibility, strength, and balance by using simple yoga postures and basic movements.  This is a great class to connect deeper to the muscles that support our bodies, focusing on the spine. Everyone and every body is encouraged to attend as this class is not just a yoga class! This class is not geared towards beginners to yoga.
