This is a virtual class! You must have a computer/smart device, internet access, and a Zoom account to participate.

This class is perfect for all levels of practitioner but especially those new to yoga or with injuries.

With an emphasis on alignment and encouragement to connect to yourself, you will gently engage, strengthen, and open the body and mind while learning the foundations of yoga. 

A slower paced mindful Hatha practice with longer held essential poses to build a foundation of strength and enhance flexibility.

Connect to breath, body, and self in this class where you stretch, relax, and release your day.
