This Hatha class offers longer held essential poses to build a foundation of strength and enhance flexibility. A slower paced mindful practice focused on the present moment, the sensations in the body, and your breath.

Connect to breath, body, and self in this class where you choose the level of intensity that you need. Modifications and variations of the poses will be presented. This is an all levels class, but beginners should have a basic knowledge of asana.
