This class is designed to take your practice to another level.
Creating a deep connection to your mind and body, arm balances, inversions, twists, and binds will be deeply explored and integrated into more postures.
This class has the feel of a workshop but in a weekly setting. A pinnacle pose is established at the beginning of class and there is consistent practice and refining as class progresses.
With precise alignment being offered, an advanced practitioner is invited to feel each pose in the body and to make adjustments that work for them.
This class is not appropriate for beginners or those with injuries. A minimum practice of 6 months is recommended. Knowledge of poses and mindfulness is required for this class.
