This Intermediate class will challenge you both mentally and physically. A step up from our Hatha All Levels classes, this class will prepare you for the Advanced Asana class.
A deeper exploration of possibilities in asana will be explored. We will focus on some poses you may already know and an introduction into the fundamentals of advanced asana.
You will be introduced to arm balances, deeper backbends, binds, and inversions, just to name a few. It is recommended to have a yoga practice of at least six months and an open mind!
