This Hatha class offers longer held poses to build a foundation of strength and improve balance and flexibility.
Classes will explore more challenging postures as well as challenging combinations.
Connect to breath, body, and self in this class where you choose the level of intensity that you need.
Modifications and variations of the poses will be presented and welcomed.
