This workshop series is for all Pickleball players whether new or a seasoned player. Each workshop includes movement to increase mobility, strengthen, and stretch all the various muscles used in Pickleball, with a special focus area in each workshop.
This month’s workshop focus will be hip mobility. Hips allow you to do virtually every athletic movement. Strengthening and stretching muscles in the hip area may help build stability and flexibility not only in your Pickleball game but in everyday life movements.
